Privacy Policy

OrderLift is a product of Leadomator LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain language, what data we handle and what we do with it.
What we collect
(a) Account data: name, email, company name. Billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. (b) Service data: the purchase-order documents you send us and the item lists you upload. (c) Web logs: ordinary server logs on our site (IP, browser, pages visited).
What we do with it
Service data is processed on Microsoft Azure (US regions) solely to produce your output files and exception reports. Human review happens only for flagged exceptions or support you request. We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties beyond our processors (Microsoft Azure, Stripe, our email provider), and do not use your documents to train AI models.
Retention
PO documents and output files are retained 90 days so you can re-download them, then deleted. Item lists are retained while your account is active. Demo submissions to our demo address are deleted within 30 days unless you become a customer. Full deletion on request is completed within 7 days.
If we contacted you cold, your business contact details came from public directories. Every message we send includes a working opt-out, honored immediately and permanently.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the founder-operator. Secrets are stored in Azure Key Vault. No customer data is kept on personal devices.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, or export of your data — email . EU/UK visitors: we process B2B business-contact data under legitimate interest; you may object at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, active customers get email notice.
